SITUATION
Globe Theatre is located in Regina, Saskatchewan and has an annual audience of more than 57,000 people on its main stage and second stage. Subscription, single ticket and theatre school sales are important revenue sources.
RESPONSIBILITY
As the theatre's Marketing Manager, I was responsible for all marketing efforts to cultivate, retain and grow audience on the main stage and second stage. This included overseeing the development and execution of print, radio, online, television, digital and web advertising campaigns, in addition to the implementation of marketing plans for all earned revenue streams including subscription, single ticket and theatre school sales.
I was also responsible for overseeing the departmental budget and coaching the marketing staff including Graphic Designer and Marketing Publicist.




RESULTS
Oversaw production of TV, print, radio, digital and direct marketing campaigns for nine theatre productions
Led marketing campaigns driving substantial revenue and show sales with over 57,000 annual attendance
Planned and executed direct marketing campaign resulting in season subscription sales growth of 15%
Managed marketing department's staff resources and budget
