SITUATION

I worked for Havas when they were Home Hardware's agency of record. As a full service agency, Havas provided advertising across all mediums including TV, print, OOH, digital, social and even some PR work.  The focus was to drive revenue through store and eCommerce sales.  As well as recruit new Dealers to be part of Home Hardware's network of independent store owners.

RESPONSIBILITY

Supporting two Account Directors my job was to execute integrated national advertising through collaboration with dedicated creative teams.  I also provided leadership and guidance while overseeing an Account Coordinator. 

 

I was counted on to execute traditional and digital mediums as well as PR and sponsorships.

RESULTS

Executed national advertising driving sales of more than $5.7 billion across a dealer network of 1,100 stores

 

Led development of store signage and sales tools in English and French. Seasonal retail sales kits included up to sixty unique pieces of creative

Worked alongside an Account Director to oversee broadcast production through concept, development and in market stages 

 

Oversaw efforts of an Account Coordinator in executing eflyers, expert advice newsletters and product offers

 

Responsible for integration of online content and promotions delivered via email, website and social media

 

Organized content collection and copy development for 2014 Annual Report
